Northern Harrier After following directions to a Maryland Ornithological Society site at the end of Truitts Landing Rd. (I never made it to the site due to poor signing and no trespassing signs.) I first saw a head sticking up in the grass. When I stopped my car and waited he took off. I'm still disappointed that the photo series is not in focus, but the identifying marks are clear.
